The prestigious Ventana Research Digital Leadership Awards recognize leaders and pioneers who have contributed to their organization’s success and championed improvements across their people, processes, information, and technology.
As part of the awards process and methodology, Ventana Research examined submissions to evaluate the nominated organization's use of people, processes, information and technology, the best practices it developed, the degree of team involvement and ultimately the business impact and value.
Youth Dynamics is a mental health agency that expanded from one small foster care organization 40 years ago to more than 30 locations today. The organization has achieved remarkable gains in key metrics since adopting Sage People, including :

Working with Sage People’s implementation team, Youth Dynamics established end-to-end workflows tailored to its unique needs, which made life drastically easier for not just the HR team, but for people managers and employees across the organization.

In particular, the organization improved what had been an inefficient recruiting process for hundreds of part-time mentors, with a 50-80 percent turnover rate yearly.
Additionally, by integrating Sage People with job posting software from Broadbean, Youth Dynamics made it easier for candidates to apply. This saved the HR and the People team 750 hours per year and sped hiring decisions from 30 days to just 10. HR also achieved similar productivity improvements through timekeeping, payroll, and benefits integrations.
