During a keynote session focused on accelerating customer success, Intacct CEO Robert Reid presented this year’s awards to four deserving companies: DonorsChoose.org, Marketo (Nasdaq: MKTO), Solutionreach, and System One. The Intacct Customer Success Awards recognize organizations that have used Intacct to dramatically improve business and financial operations, as well as their bottom lines. Intacct received a record number of submissions for the awards this year, and narrowed the nominees down to 12 finalists. DonorsChoose.org is an online charity that makes it easy for anyone to help students in need. Founded in 2000, teachers at 68 percent of all the public schools in America have now created at least one project request on DonorsChoose.org, and close to two million people have donated more than $370 million to fund more than 630,000 projects. In 2013, Donorschoose.org made the switch from Blackbaud to Intacct’s cloud ERP software to help streamline processes, gain alignment between their partnership and finance teams, and increase visibility into their operations.
